I came here recently for warranty work in dealing with a very difficult situation, where my engine is failing. Vimal and his team have been nothing but accommodating. Although my options are limited, everyone has been overly welcoming and as helpful as possible, offering me solid advice on how to navigate it all. Westcoast is now my service garage.
Sure everyone makes mistakes; but it was more than just an error. The people diagnosed my car with way too many issues for which many were unnecessary and one regarding a specific valve that my car doesn't even have.. Their prices were 3x higher than my other mechanic. You have room for improvement in building trust.
Ray and his team went above & beyond the call of duty and did an exceptional job refinishing & colour matching both bumpers on my 2015 M4. Ray definitely exhibits a passion for cars and this shines through in his attention to detail. Highly recommended!
Today I visited this tire shop to fix a puncture, and Emiliano helped me out. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. Great service, friendly staff, and fair pricing. Highly recommended
