Unfortunately, I feel completely ripped off. I paid money two times for the same problem, but the air conditioner still doesn’t work. I have now been quoted another $1,200. Very disappointing experience and I would not use this service again.

Friends, I just want to warn everyone to be careful before using their services. If you have money to waste and don’t care about the cost, then it’s up to you. I have already paid them twice to repair my air conditioner, but it is still not working and the problem remains exactly the same. The first time, I was quoted $200, which I paid. On the second visit, I was charged another $280, which I also paid. Unfortunately, the air conditioner still doesn’t work. Dropped off my car for a service and was told I was going to be able to pick up the same day. I was clear that I had to be able to pick my car up that same day and to let me know if there was any issues. I didn’t get a call by 4 so I tried contacting to find out what was happening but no answer and no call back until late the following morning. I understand that sometimes a service can’t be done in one day but at the very least should have called me to let me know so that I could make other arrangements.

I took my car in for a service, and afterwards the wheels were found to be loose. I had to stop on Albany Highway and wait for someone from the service centre to come and tighten them, which was very concerning. At first, I chose not to leave a review because I understand mistakes can happen. However, I later realised I had been charged $473 for work that does not appear to have been completed.
