Dropped off my car for a service and was told I was going to be able to pick up the same day. I was clear that I had to be able to pick my car up that same day and to let me know if there was any issues. I didn’t get a call by 4 so I tried contacting to find out what was happening but no answer and no call back until late the following morning. I understand that sometimes a service can’t be done in one day but at the very least should have called me to let me know so that I could make other arrangements.

I took my car in for a service, and afterwards the wheels were found to be loose. I had to stop on Albany Highway and wait for someone from the service centre to come and tighten them, which was very concerning. At first, I chose not to leave a review because I understand mistakes can happen. However, I later realised I had been charged $473 for work that does not appear to have been completed. Thanks Brad! What a gem. I drove in off the street unannounced with a failing aircon and a private urgent reason for it to be fixed then and there. No problems for Brad, within an hour drove away all sorted, good price. Customer service A1. Very happy.
