Incompetent, time wasting, selling my Nissan and buying a Toyota again. Westco Motors Service is lacking in all aspects.

Ask for a diagnosis on an already known fault . Another mechanic and RAC failed to resolve. Got charged $231 to confirm that information without an actual diagnosis. Plugging a scan tool isn't a diagnosis. It's just info. Testing continuity and checking ecu is diagnosing.. No wonder Nissan are shutting down factorys and going broke.
