A huge thanks to Jack and Tamica for making the purchase of our new Qashqai an enjoyable experience. This was our second Qashqai and, after considering buying from Brisbane , were glad we chose local as their friendly and professional manner made the whole process stress free. They gave us their time, were always available to address an questions and we got a better deal. The Qashqai's safety and technology features make driving and parking so much easier. Westco Nissan for the most part have been generally ok. But the cost of a general service has been going up ($280 to $400 now) for the last 2 years and I was quoted $1800 for a job that I got quoted for less than half the price at another mechanics. I was told the entire part required changing by Nissan as it was just as expensive to change the part that was broken....the other mechanics managed to get the specific parts ordered, and with Labor costs were still cheaper than Nissan's $1800 quite, and this is after a $230 diag... read more

First time service at Westco Nissan Cairns and couldn't be happier. Despite a fully booked day the service co-ordinator and staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating to an early pick up request, friendly and great communication throughout the process. Thank you.

Brand new cars were covered in bird poop and filthy. 6 staff standing around in the office chatting, maybe should be out cleaning the cars.. Staff member was also very rude.
