Never a fun time. Would not recommend.
I have always had the most amazing experience, great hospitality from the whole team that goes the extra mile starting with Scott the manager, frontline staff gorgeous Tiara and amazing Shaylee and warm and friendly Glen .
I just moved here from WA and needed a service. They were excellent, even gave my car a clean, which I never had before in a WA service. The waiting area is also very comfortable with beverages and snacks. Very impressed
I am trying to chase up an approved parts warranty on my BT50. I have called 4 times and had to provide my details for a call back because the person on the phone was unable to help (which is fine) but I have not been called back and this has been going on for weeks. I have emailed, used the contact form and also spoken to the chat bot and heard absolutely nothing back. Unfortunately I live 1000km away and am unable to pop in. Really poor.
The service department lately has been appalling. The current advisors need more training or replacing. Until they fix their issues. I won’t be back after the last few mishaps.
