Very poor customer service, booked in for a major service for vehicle 2 weeks in advance. Booked drop off time 9am and pickup by 2pm. (5hrs window seems reasonable). Was emailed a confirmation for the booking stating that is was all good for that day/date and confirmed but could not be picked up at 2 but would be ready by 3. All good so I left it at that. Pity about the new Mazda 2 sedan I bought from Westco Motors Cairns! It has done just 1500km since I bought it late last year. It had a funny smell, mouldy actually, and I thought it would right itself. That hasn't happened so after booking it in to have it fixed, I've wasted a whole day and been told after much arguing that they would replace the filter. Hands down the best car dealer in Cairns. my experience with Cairns Mazda has been outstanding, the service department have an amazing team that never fail to make you feel like you are in good hands, they are exceptional, the ladies at the desk are always a pleasure to deal with 10/10.
