Our family car was out of action for over 3 weeks. It was dropped from the tow truck arranged by Mazda on delivery and they tried to return it damaged. Then it took constant phone calls and now we are picking it up not repaired being advised Mazda Australia will call us to arrange repairs. We will never purchase a Mazda in cairns when we bought the vehicle in nsw the service was incredible and we were offers a replacement car. The cairns authorized dealership is not recommended

I am very displeased with the service I received from the Cairns Mazda Service Department, I have the airbag light coming on, the first time I had it in they could not see it but if it came on again to bring it in which I did today, again they tell me there was no light but charged me over 200 dollars, I drive it out and on comes the light … talk about scamming there customers.
Tiahrah and the team were wonderful and actually had luck getting my car lease company to pay for my new key! Brilliant friendly service with top notice communication.
