The crew did a great job. Were responsive to my questions and concerns new lawn irrigation system
Great business and people who did my retaining walls.
We contacted WestCo to schedule an appointment to discuss an irrigation system, lawn maintenance, and landscape design for our new home. They visited promptly and assured us they would prepare an estimate. Two weeks passed with no response, so we followed up with a phone call. According to them, there was a misunderstanding about what we needed, so they scheduled another appointment for that very day. They did not show up, and we received no further communication.
We recently used WestCo for a block retaining wall, new concrete driveway, and stamped concrete sidewalk. Mike and his crew did a great job and were prompt to answer any questions we had. We are very pleased with the end result and the quality of work.
We've used Westco a few years now. I called a few weeks ago and they said they'd come out. NO SHOW. My husband and I reached out several times since and no one answered the phone or calls back. Not a good business practice.
