We've used Westco a few years now. I called a few weeks ago and they said they'd come out. NO SHOW. My husband and I reached out several times since and no one answered the phone or calls back. Not a good business practice.
This is my first time to work with Westco Ourdoor Service. They did very good job with my yard. Mulching looks great ! I will considered to have their services for the other projects if needed.
We contacted WestCo to schedule an appointment to discuss an irrigation system, lawn maintenance, and landscape design for our new home. They visited promptly and assured us they would prepare an estimate. After waiting a week or two for a response, we followed up with a call. They apologized for the misunderstanding and confirmed they would be out that very day. We have since received no further communication.
Recently, WestCo installed French and basin drains in my back yard to solve a severe drainage issue. Mike and his crew were professional, the work was completed in a timely fashion and when a small issue with the work was discovered it was immediately rectified. Good follow-up and follow-through. Great customer service!
I have a home outside of the city limits with a fairly long, sloped driveway. After a moderate snowstorm or freezing conditions, I can usually get out but then not back up the driveway.
