I regret my previous review, which was entered in haste and out of frustration. I am trying to schedule a calibration appointment and assume the office is closed because of Carnival...not sure.
Everyone is entitled to a bad day. I caught them on one of those. Since then they have been professional and courteous. I rescind my previous one star recommendation and am telling you there is no reason not to do business with them. MY BAD....MY MISTAKE.
