The doctor continues to park in the handicap spots without a handicap permit and he and his wife are doctors. I brought it to their attention multiple times. Doctor, what you are doing is illegal and a slap in the face to those who legitimately require the spots. You own the medical building that is visited by many with disabilities especially when going to physical therapy. You clearly don’t care. John
