Wonderful service and beautiful work.
I am the 3rd owner of my home- built in 1930. Our awning was installed over 20 years ago and maintained by Westchester Awning for the 2nd owner. They highly recommend keeping Westchester awning as our provider. They recently replaced the original with a new cover. No hard sell, they just informed us that the old one was near they end of it's use ( we could tell it was almost done) The new one is made just as well as the old one. I called a week ago to set up an appointment for awning repair. I re-arranged my work schedule significantly so I would be home for a 9AM time slot. By 9:30AM, I hadn't heard anything. I called and was told "oh he can't make it..." No notice, no real apology. They seemed surprised I was even calling or was annoyed. Clearly they take a very casual approach to their work. Maybe awning repair is just a hobby for them? I stick to professional companies in the future.
