0 stars. I called to speak to a manger about something very important. And this young lady I called. Hung up on me all rudely and I called 5 times. Just ridiculous and horrible service already. I do not want them cleaning my rug I know that. Not spending my money on rude customer service. People who don’t like their jobs or like doing it helping people. Shouldn’t even be hired. Ridiculous.

The rug had makeup stains from a party, and I thought it was ruined. It’s spotless now, and the colors look more vivid than before.

I sent in a woven flatweave rug for cleaning. The team carefully inspected it, gave me a fair estimate, and handled everything. When it came back, the colors looked bold, and the rug lay flat without curling at the edges. It was nice to see it brought back to life.

When it came back, I was amazed the stains were gone, the smell was fresh, and the colors were bright again. It completely changed the look of my living room. I really appreciate the care and detail they put into their work.
