Have been to WRR a number of times. Lots of great, mellow, low pressure guys in there to help you out. I always walk out of there feeling pretty good. They allow you to give the shoes a quick run outside on the sidewalk, which is a HUGE benefit. No treadmill is going to give you the real deal feel for a running shoe. Sprinting to the corner and back really lets you know if a shoe is for you. The last thing I picked from from WRR was a Brooks Ravenna 9 and I love it. Stop in and give them some business. Great shop.

Great store. I moved to NY last year, and this was the first running store I visited, upon recommendation of my wife. I've bought several pairs of shoes, and had great service every time I've come in. I had to return one pair the day after I bought them, and it was done with ease and professionalism. Thank you!!
Staff is wonderful and so knowledgeable! Great spot, I've been coming here for years for my running shoes and they never disappoint. The beer run was a blast!!

Great experience. An expert helped my wife with fit and there was zero pressure to purchase the most expensive shoe. We are fledging runners and appreciate that the staff in this store valued us as much as seasoned marathoners.

This is the only place where my two kids (who are runners) will go...even though it's 30 miles away. We have been coming here for 4 years and have never had a bad experience or salesperson. They take as long as needed with my kids to understand their running styles and recommend the correct options. We will be returning (probably today) for XC spikes!

The sales people as well as the owner are very unprofessional. I bought a pair of running shoes there (was supposedly fitted). Wore them around my house for 4 days. They seemed fine until I started running in them. Got a blister as they MISFIT me. I called spoke with "Karen". She said she had to ask the owner whether I could bring them back.
