TLDR: Cheap work that doesn't last, non existent warranty. There is one other negative review talking about this contractor and I wish I had listened. Their glaze job lasted less than one year before we had cracking around the drain. When I called them asking about it, the owner quickly became defensive about the work and insisted that we had used the incorrect cleaning materials. They did a great job. The tech Francis was very professional and answered all my questions. Happy with the work.
I highly recommend Westchester Refinishing. The whole process was so efficient and came with a very fair price. They are timely , prompt, professional and friendly. I am so happy with the results of my tub and am definitely looking forward to having more work done by Westchester Refinishing!
I did much research on reglazing before choosing Westchester Refinishing. Rich and his brother did a great job on my 90's bathroom, bringing it into the 2020's; a nice white finish on both the tub and walls. I would highly recommend them for an honest and dependable reglazing. I was afraid of the FB $400 jobs that take two hours. They were here all day, sanded and prepped the surface, filled chips and screw holes, and applied multiple coats of primer and finish coat.
