Overall, great experience. Easy to get a price quote, arrange an appointment and get the job done. Michael glazed my tub. He was neat, professional and very informative. Very reasonable price. Bathtub looks BRAND NEW! Highly recommend them!
outstanding professional job refinishing bathtub at best price. called to confirm before he came, wore booties to com into house, carried six heavy tool bags to do the work did a great job reglazing and recaulking the tub then vacumed and cleaned the whole area. such professionalism is a pleasure to witness i recommend them most highly. It is like getting a new bathroom at a small fraction of the price.
Amazing job on the tub in the house, that the wife and I just brought. Definitely will have them back to do the second bathroom downstairs. Wife is very happy!!
I wouldn't use them. Poor prep, over spray on my floor, shower wasnt fully sealed. I contacted the installer numerous times for touch up and nothing. Poor quality
Find Another Refinisher! - My shower base looked better BEFORE I had it “reglazed” with Westchester Refinishing. There’s absolutely no shine to the finish whatsoever. To be fair, they did come back to correct the issue but it didn’t work. The guy answering the phone, Rich, tends to have a belligerent attitude when dealing with issues. Still waiting for a return call from two voicemails placed months ago.
