Dr. Mastro was excellent today during my root canal procedure. I went in the office very nervous but he did good job at calming me down and the root canal process was done very smoothly. Great work!!
I would never go back. Dr. Mastro was very impersonal. Didn’t introduce himself, seemed aggravated and distracted, and added to all my fears of root canal by describing the difficulty of the tooth location and process. He only looked at the catscan at the very end of the appointment, as an afterthought. It seemed he just didn’t want to treat me. Then after I left , he called me and asked me if I needed antibiotics! He said he forgot if we discussed it! How should I know if I need antibiotics?
I am very appreciative that on my daughters worst pain experience ever Dr. Mastro took us in last minute. He was awesome. Explained everything well. He was excellent, and painless. Staff helped with our billing the insurance. Great office. If you have pain and infection he is the doctor to see.
Called same day and was able to be squeezed in. Staff was very nice and caring and Dr.Mastro was able to put some of my fears to rest. Great service Would highly recommend
Probably capable doctors, but watch out for their billing. They will significantly overcharge you at the time of visit (I was charged ~50% more than my what my insurance claim came back as) and they take no responsibility for sending the overpayment back to you. You have to call and call and follow up multiple times.
