We had a smaller project that Diego took the time to come out and quote, was very responsive answering all of my questions, and ultimately saw the project through from start to finish. Diego was everything we could have hoped for and more. As a first time homeowner, I had no idea what I was doing. Diego was extremely patient, thoughtful, practical, and always made me feel comfortable asking questions about the different options we could choose. He was professional, timely, and did beautiful work in my home. I cannot recommend Diego enough, and will definitely be calling him again for our next projects!
Terrible customer service! The woman in the office just hung up on me! Could not get a clear answer and she told me Diego wing be in until Tuesday afternoon! Then the woman hung the phone up! Be careful of this company! Appears to be shady?
