Worst possible place to go i was tryna sign in a the receptionist quite literally disappeared and i count get check in until 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled they somehow lost my medical records and had no communication what so ever this is the worst and most unorganized doctor office ever don’t go here ever go anywhere else
Last year, one of their oncologists looked at my lesions on my liver while I was admitted at the ER at WMC. I have an array of other health issues, and I totally forgot, yep forgot, to get a follow up with their office. I just spent 2 weeks on and off, 6 phone calls, with their office receptionist, Lisa, and it was nothing but pure chaos. I kept on having to repeat what was my name, spell it again and again, then she told me at first I didn't have a referral. I have polythermia and it's been 3 years and the center will not do blood therapy for me. I feel like there waiting for me to have a stroke intill I can get help.
If I could give this place a zero! I would. I am surprised they don’t already have a plethora of reviews. On a scale of the worst places you can take your family for cancer treatment. This place takes the gold for the most inefficient, least empathetic or caring team. If you make an appointment- you can guarantee you will not be seen on time. Communication is non existent.
