Very unprofessional medical office. I was confirmed for a March appointment 3 months in advance, the receptionist called and cancelled me the same day of my appointment! She claimed they were short staffed and that’s why I was cancelled. She also said there was no availability for April, she didn’t have the May schedule in front of her and I would have to call them back to reschedule for some future appointment that she could not or would not guarantee!

Unfortunately, the office staff is horrific I have been trying to get an appointment for over 3 1/2 months. I have been given excuse after excuse she’s booked. Her schedule is not ready next month. Calendar is not out yet. A month and a 1/2 ago someone asked me do I want to go on a waiting list? Are you serious? You asked me that now. I have left messages. No one returns my calls.
