Dr. Nitya Sharma is an exceptional primary care physician. She is kind, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients without making them feel rushed. She explains everything clearly, answers questions thoroughly, and makes sure you understand your treatment options.
Receptionists need to be welcoming, professional and alert when patients are on line… which is not consistent at the 3030 & 210 locations. Good Customer service should be their goal & this is definitely not happening.
She is very thoughtful thorough and understanding. She is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions and answers me on the portal also. But not all the drs @ westmed r like her
