Fantastic and personable surgeon, easy to get appointment with. His nurse Vanessa is very helpful and understanding too. Im happy I chose this doctor to perform my surgery.
Doctor seemed OK, but due to his rude and condescending nurse named Vanessa I cancelled my scheduled procedure. Was never able to contact the Doctor because she screens all his emails, and I was not able to address concerns prior to surgery; he never called; so I'm assuming she never forwarded the messages. It's a shame because at one point I had faith in him.
I went to him yesterday- overall it was a very good experience. Nurse Vanessa and Dr K put me at ease and explained a lot of stuff .
Performed wrong surgery on me according to specialist I saw after terrible result. Nurse is rude. WestMed organization is hard to deal with.
Amazing doctor, extremely knowledge and very professional. Can't recommend enough.
