I’ve been calling since Thursday , today is Monday. They still haven’t picked up the phone. There’s no other phone number available.
Many problems and administrative errors with schedules. They assigned me a medication that was not my prescription. After 3 months, they told me it was not the right one.
Unable to speak to anyone and when you finally get someone after 38 minutes on hold they hang up your call. God forbid you’re able to speak to someone there and when you instead go to said clinic after waiting 3 months for an appointment they say your appointment was canceled the day before without prior notice. Not sure who’s fault it is but awful phone service
Why is it so hard to get in contact with them.
