Lu was very nice and tried to make me as comfortable as possible though it would be nice to have a thermostat or air-conditioning in the room it was very hot also extra pillows and body wash shampoo and conditioner and towels and washcloths even bad Samaritan with nasty people gave a little bit better than nothing but still much better than bad Samaritan it would also if there was more signs and lights it took half an hour driving around the campus till I found it
Awful experience. Unorganized. Unsympathetic. Triage nurse did not take anything seriously. Security was AMAZING they were kind and helpful. Emergency room was crowded and it appeared they need to revisit their procedures and policies. Will not return there
