I took my 4-year-old son here for a sleep study, and our experience was extremely disappointing. The respiratory therapist who cared for us was rude, impatient, and showed very little empathy. From the moment we arrived, she seemed annoyed and rushed, as if her priority was finishing her paperwork rather than caring for a young child. I took my five year old here for a sleep study and the respiratory therapist was incredibly rude to him. She barely said two words to us and acted so irritated by each of the three basic questions I asked, since she gave no direction or instruction. She was barking at my very well behaved son for slouching in the chair without even once asking him not to. And then tripped over the wires, fell into me, cursed and walked out. Lu was very nice and tried to make me as comfortable as possible though it would be nice to have a thermostat or air-conditioning in the room it was very hot also extra pillows and body wash shampoo and conditioner and towels and washcloths even bad Samaritan with nasty people gave a little bit better than nothing but still much better than bad Samaritan it would also if there was more signs and lights it took half an hour driving around the campus till I found it
Awful experience. Unorganized. Unsympathetic. Triage nurse did not take anything seriously. Security was AMAZING they were kind and helpful. Emergency room was crowded and it appeared they need to revisit their procedures and policies. Will not return there
