Dr Weiss is a nice and considerate doctor, but not his office staff. For some reason I had to call them for an update of "pre-authorization status" for a repeated prescription. The staff would always say something like this---- "ask the pharm to call us", "the person in charge of this is on personal leave", "I don't care" "I don't know what to tell you", " call us again on Friday"--again when I called again on Friday they would say " call us next week" … two months after doctor prescribed the medicine I 'm still waiting for ... read more
