I heard about westmed through word of mouth, everyone raved about it. Today I gave it a try and the place is garbage, or I should say the employees and doctor. The facility is nice and clean, very immaculate. The secretary was pleasant and patient, she tried to help as best as she could. Apparently, they never did eligibility prior to me arriving for my appt. Therefore this created a 1 hr issue, they claimed I have Guardian insurance, which is false.
