UPDATE They are still pocketing the HOA funds. They need to investigate this people. Not sure where all the HOA dues are going. They dont do repairs and HOA dues increasing. Been an owner for 4 years and nothing has been done. They have meetings with promises and nothing has been done. They also with no explanation stop collecting dues and than send you a lien charge with no notification. The president to my knowledge is a spanish guy that doesnt even live on premises.
