The condominiums are of decent size. 2 and 3 bedrooms available. You're better off calling management or going through a realtor for pricing. Parking is tight. There's a play ground on the premises. Sam's Club is a one minute drive away. 3 minutes to the Sprain Brook Pkwy and I287. 20 minutes to the NYC border (the Bronx) via the Sprain Brook PKWY. White Plains is 10 minutes away. The area is fairly quiet and relatively safe.
I've been living here over 20 years . I wasn't certain about the place at first, but oboe the years i've grown to like the peaceful nature of the complex and recommend it.

This place and management is horrible. The landlord decide if you pay two months or one month security. People in this community are definitely not friendly at all. The parents at this community all they do is gossip about other people’s children in this community. I wouldn’t recommend this community to anyone that have children because of the gossip. Also the parking is horrible too. People in this community have three to four cars not even being moved. Then people in this community act like they have assigned parking space... read more
