I lived in weschester hills condo since 1994. With my 3 children .they loved this place.good memories
The condominiums are of decent size. 2 and 3 bedrooms available. You're better off calling management or going through a realtor for pricing. Parking is tight. There's a play ground on the premises. Sam's Club is a one minute drive away. 3 minutes to the Sprain Brook Pkwy and I287. 20 minutes to the NYC border (the Bronx) via the Sprain Brook PKWY. White Plains is 10 minutes away. The area is fairly quiet and relatively safe.
