I’ve been with this practice for 4 years including two pregnancies. The doctors and nurses are good enough. It’s easy to get through to make an appt, though availability for popular doctors is scarce and they try to assign you the least desirable doctor if you don’t advocate for yourself. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Their attitude ranges from uncaring to annoyed. They also use creative billing to overcharge and then make it impossible to resolve those billing issues. I’m fairly new to the practice with my fourth pregnancy but so far all of the doctors I’ve met have been incredibly kind and very knowledgeable, while reassuring. So far I’ve met with Dr. Carson, Dr. Cheng, and Dr. Roth-Brown so far-all wonderful and take the time to listen. Nurses are caring and sweet, front desk is kind as well. The nurse coordinator Debbie has been very helpful and pleasant to talk to when I have moments of worry or panic. I honestly don’t know what the negative reviews are saying!

I can't speak to all of the nurses and doctors here but my experience with this office was terrible. They treat you like an annoyance that they are burdened to help with very little compassion or respect. If you try to advocate for yourself, they hate you. The ultrasound tech made snarky comments about how there's nothing wrong with me while shoving the wand inside with force to seemingly get back at me for "wasting their time".
