I started with one of their doctors over twenty years ago. A couple of years ago had to cancel an appointment that I made a year in advance. Was told I needed to see someone else which I did and really liked her.. Made my appointment for a year in advance after seeing her for two years. They called me to tell me she would be out that day but could not reschedule with her for a year. I indicated I would go somewhere else and they did not care at all. I have other complaints about them. I’m done.
The place is Ok but the office manager is a unprofessional rude and inconsiderate. I would never go back there because of her, exclusively. There are lots of doctors, there is only one OM like this one. Avoid.

The doctors are good, but getting connected with them is a huge problem.
The doctors are perfectly capable, but connecting with them is problematic. The phone system is arcane, and seems deliberately designed to illicit maximum frustration. Front office is filled with staff, yet response times are consistently bad and messages to physicians are often mangled. Not huge issues until you have a problem that’s time sensitive—like a prescription that must be taken in the evening, but was never filled because the office didn’t return a call placed at 1 in the afternoon.
