While I haven't had any real issues with the doctors, the office is incredibly hard to deal with. I've been going here since my first pregnancy 4-5 years ago and I'm on my second one now and it never fails that I have to wait 20, 30, or 40 minutes regularly to go into my appointment. Why even make appointments when I have to set aside hours of my day to go? And with how frequent pregnancy appt's are, it's really hard to balance with work. Horrible experience with Dr. Silver! She was extremely insensitive. I had a very bad labor experience with my first baby who became disabled during the labor due to the doctors negligence so I was looking for a new doctor for when we decide to have our second baby. She actually said if it makes you feel better I’ve seen a lot worse. The doctors and nurses are great but the receptionists all have major attitude problems! There’s not one nice one that works there. Having a baby is supposed to be an exciting time but not when you have to deal with them. Any time you have to speak to them about anything (whether it’s checking in or making an appointment) it’s like you’re bothering them and they can’t be bothered. Once my insurance changes I’m switching doctors to not deal with these miserable women.
