Beth is an absolute superstar. She was so friendly and helpful today. The facilities are great and a really positive environment :)
Upon walking in, there were 3 staff members 2 behind the counter, 1 in front. When I approached one staff member was on their personal phone didn't even look up from her phone and when she did she looked back down at her phone so I went to the other young lady who was speaking to the other staff member and she was very helpful. She was knowledgeable of the information I needed and signed me up for swim classes and have me a tour. The other young lady was still on her phone when I left. Scummy, predatory gym practices. I was getting charged for months because they didn't let me cancel my membership online because my account was "suspended". My account was suspended because I never set foot in the gym. They were getting money out of me for nothing. The day after I got charged I finally went in for the first time to cancel. The desk rep assured me everything was taken care of. Fast forward to now and they're STILL charging me. They've created these BS blockades to extract not 1 but TWO more months out of me, ... read more
