Been to a few optical spots before, always felt like they’re pushing whatever’s most expensive. Not here. The optometrist explained options for contact lenses and progressive lenses without trying to oversell. They handled insurance right away too. I highly recommend.

I’ve purchased eyeglasses from here a few times in the past never had any issues, since the last time I was there their staff has had a major turnover. They still list Dr Cindy as their Dr but she is no longer with them. My main complaint is that for the same services they offered in the past now they want to charge me with a co payment for a eye exam, my vision insurance which they expect clearly states that there is no co payment, obviously a money grab. I needed new contact lenses fast before a trip and walked in without an appointment. They offered a great price and worked with my insurance. Feels like they actually get how stressful this stuff can be

I was a couple of years overdue for my eye exam cuz I wanted to find a quality doctor and business. Glad I gave this office a shot. When I was looking for glasses, I didn’t feel pressured at all, and the staff made sure I felt comfortable asking for help when I needed it. I’ll definitely be back for my next pair and will recommend them to anyone!
