Dr Katz is a superb physician, and i am a long time fan and patient. Having said that, sight MD is way too factory like in its approach to patient onboarding and overall care. There is no personal touch at check-in, not even an attempt. Sad
Facility is very nice, clean and cheerfully decorated. Wait time was at a minimum. Staff were extremely nice, educated and able to answer my questions in regards to exams preformed. Dr. Abadir extremely cheerful and always able to engage in personal conversation while examining my eyes. She has such a pleasant personality.
Very professional and efficient. I have been seeing Dr Katz for 15 years. He’s great.
