Worse experience as a first time patient today. For a family of 3 scheduled at 2:45pm. Signed in at 2:46pm was told to have a seat. 5-6 mins passed was called up and asked for my insurance card. I informed them I do not have one and that I preregistered online. I was told by reception (Echeverría) that the portal does not work and to email what I uploaded in the portal.
