Absolutely disgraceful company. My 87 year old neighbor used them to get to the airport and if I hadn't helped her at the time she was due to be picked up she would never have got there. The owner hung up on me multiple times, accused us of not being where we said we were, threatened to leave without her and shouted at me down the phone. Thank god I spoke to them and not her. These people don't even deserve a single star rating. I had to give it to them to post this review. My wife was helping our 87 year-old neighbor because her car to the airport was late. She called this company up and the dispatcher started yelling at her, saying their driver was on site. Then hung up on her repeatedly. Finally after taking such horrible abuse from this summer, he puts he my wife through to the driver, who guess what?, starts screaming at her and threatening her. I use them every time I travel. Very reasonable price. Drivers are always fun, polite, and knowledgeable. Yes, you do sometimes pick up other passengers, but I have never found this to be a bother and the price reflects this nicely. Just made arrangements for a trip coming up in a few days. Very Dependable!
