Dr. Springarn is an excellent ENT particularly (in my case) for one's ears. He has great appointment availability. He's a good listener, is kind and patient, and provides care one can be confident in. I highly recommend Dr. Springarn, whose patient I have been for so long I can't recall how long it's been - at least 15 years.
I have been a patient of Dr. Spingarn at Westchester ENT for several years. In addition to having a highly qualified and patient-centered doctor, the office is always well staffed and well equipped. Phone calls are returned within 24 hours, if not on the same day. I prefer to stay away from medical groups as much as possible. Not too long ago my beloved ENT specialist, a private practice, was retiring. He told me it will be difficult to find another private practice as most ENTs are now affiliated with medical groups. I accepted the challenge of finding one. Excellent practice and physician. Wait times are amazing never waited more than 5 min past my appointment time to be seen. Physician friendly and listens to concerns, seems knowledgeable and able to explain course of action
