I cannot say enough wonderful things about EMS Westchester Ambulance Service and the two incredible EMS professionals who assisted me, Hallie and Cole. From the moment they arrived at the hospital, they treated me with such gentleness and care, especially while moving me onto the gurney after a very painful injury. Horrible service. Last minute cancellations back to back. Avoid at all costs
We used Westchester EMS yesterday -- they were the answer to our prayers. My wife needed to go to a follow up appointment after an emergency department visit a few days ago. She is in a lot of pain and having great difficulty moving. I was terrified of trying to get her down two flights of stairs without both of us being injured. She was terrified of the potential pain. Worst experience I ever had Young girl was very immature and while getting me into an elevator she literally slammed me into the wall and she was not caring I would never use this ambulance company again
They murdered my husband by overdosing him with Ketamine. He had 3 cardiac arrests and a stroke and was left brain dead. He was 39 years old. They omitted the report from the medical records, which is where they're supposed to be and have refused to give me them.
