Caring.com and family assets have much better reviews and more reliable reviews. These google reviews are absurd. I have a member of my husband’s family in this facility. I went to visit them over this past week and it was bad. It took someone 45 minutes to get to their room before I arrived. I arrived and pressed the call button just to make sure they actually pressed it. It took 27 minutes for anyone to come into the room. I can’t speak for the whole facility, that wouldn’t be fair or honest. However, I can speak for the 2nd floor. That place is very bad. Beyond that actually. I’ve been filming, taking photos and recording voice messages over sometime and I’m going to be submitting them in a complaint soon with the DOH. Over 20 videos, 35 pictures and 12 voice notes. That call bell, that call bell, that call bell. They will leave that thing going off for hours and hours. I know some people had to have died in this facility. There’s no way they haven’t. I’ve observed the call bell go unanswered for hours. The his poor last next to my loved one rang it, someone came an hour later to shut it off. But it wasn’t her nurse. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’m here as we speak. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours for someone to come and tend to my mother. 2 hours! Patients are yelling for nurses to come and they’re not being assisted either. Asked for a supervisor and still nothing. I came here when my mom was first admitted and it took 50 minutes for someone to come after I rang the bell.
