These situations are never easy for families and unfortunately we found ourselves having to make a tough decision regarding long term care for a member of our family. The information they sell on their website is a lie. I imagine all the positive reviews are from the staff themselves, trying to maintain a good image. It's a truly filthy place; they don't properly clean patients after they use the bathroom. It's a shame they don't do their jobs well. They should be inspected.
The fact that they are lying about not having a 4th floor is beyond me. Next time I go I will be taking pictures.
I visited a family member recently, and the facility appeared clean and well maintained. My concern is the strong smell on the 4th floor. Since this is a 24-hour facility, I was surprised by the odor and would like to know what is being done to address it to provide a more comfortable environment for residents and visitors but mostly the poor residents. Every person who worked there was extremely helpful and kind ! The rooms were very clean ! As a matter of fact, the entire facility was very clean . I spoke to the social worker on the second floor and she was extremely kind ! She listened to what I had to discuss with her and she never rushed me out !
