Always heard how nursing homes can be a awful experience but what i witnessed first hand is an institution that genuinely cares for their residents.
Some of the staff are kind and caring. However some staff are lazy and do not take care of the residents. They only wash certain residents once a week which is horrible. Also they do not brush their hair. I am very upset at the conditions they keep their residents in. Why do this kind of work if you have no empathy. I was told by one resident that there are staff who are stealing money and electronic devices from the residents.
