UNPROFESSIONAL!! I can not even give this company 1 star. I made an appointment to have my carpets cleaned and no one showed up. They were suppose to be at my house at 10:00 am, so I took off work. I called them every half hour and they just gave me the run around. A service tech called me at 4:00 pm and told me he was in New Jersey and asked to reschedule. We had a really tough carpet cleaning job for them. They were able to leave us completely satisfied with their service. They removed stains that I couldn't remove.
I had a food spill and I need it to have the stain removed on short notice. I called them up and they were very patient with me because I was a bit frantic. Well, the were able to schedule to come over the very next day. Glad to report they removed the stain from my carpet and my party went on as planed.

I was talking with a friend about some damage I had on my rug and they recommended them to me. So I had them fix my rug and they did an excellent job.
Our kids made a huge spill on our carpet and I was not able to get the stain out all the way. So we hired the professionals and they did an excellent job. Not a trace of the food stain.
