This was the first professional cleaning for my Persian rug in almost five years, and it came back looking absolutely stunning. The reds and blues pop again, and the fringe looks perfectly white. It smells clean, not chemical just like fresh air. I couldn’t be happier.

They were careful with my furniture, which I appreciated, and when they returned the rug it looked so clean and soft. The price was fair, and they did exactly what they promised. Solid five stars.
