This is an honest review from my experience.. I've taken my car to this location for a car wash about five times and recently I've been receiving my car with more and more scratches on the driver and passenger windows. I'm aware to not roll down windows after a car wash to avoid this but the scratches are more visible than ever now. 3.5/5 for a car wash. As for an oil change, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.
