I recently visited a newly opened car wash and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility looked modern, clean, and very well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence in the quality of service they provide. The staff greeted customers politely and explained the available wash packages clearly, making the process smooth and convenient.
A cashier charged my card 3 times for an oil change, then said out loud that I had insufficient funds, the mistake was on the business and its cashier register/debit machine which printed no receipts. This caused the cashier to believe they had not been paid. This place took almost $600 off my card, that I am still battling with bank to get back.
