Late to leave this review but i think everyone should be aware. I got tints and a detail last year. Unfortunately whatever cleaning products they used ended up seeping into my dashboard screen and there’s a permanent “stain” there. They say they aren’t responsible for damages caused while cleaning on their website (in my opinion thats crazy). Lol
came here based on high reviews. Was disappointed. My car was brand new- two months old at the time. I wanted the salt from the winter off my car. Had it detailed inside & out. The car looked nice on the outside, but had a weird smell on the inside & there were what looked like oil stains on the leather seats that have still not gone away- including the smell. About a month ago I had an appointment with westchester auto spa and had high hopes due to their great reviews which is hard to get in a competitive business. I was wrong . Don’t believe everything you read . “Absolutely terrible customer service. I brought my car in to have two rims repaired, which I was told would take 2–3 days. Scheduled an 8am bike wash on 5/17 and pre-paid, showed up at 7:45 and waited until 8:15, nobody showed up. I left and washed my bike myself. Called at 9am to speak with owner and left a message to call back. No call back. Buddy went at 2pm to get his bike washed and asked the staff to have owner call me. They did an awesome job on my car! I got the silver package and the interior feels like new! They got rid of the stains in my back seat and got into very single crevice with precision! Would highly recommend.
