AVOID.... Horrible, roach infested, disgusting. There are a few staff that are very good and caring... The rest are rude and uncaring. I was feverishly working to break my loved one out of this living hell before they unfortunately passed away. Don't make the same mistake we made. Looks are very deceiving. The outside looks fine and so does the lobby but the rooms are horrendous. Tried to get the roach problem addressed on several occasions and was only paid lip service.

This place is an absolute disgrace, The air conditioning is broken in the dining room and the residents still have to eat in their rooms. Isolation is a problem and administration does not address the situation. They have cut back on the food and at this point the place needs to be closed, As for cleaning the rooms that also has dismissed. They promise a lot of amenities but do not deliver. Florida Commission on the elderly needs to get involved.
