Lived here for almost 3 years great quiet place .. has changed management an maintenance..An has been a Great change so far .. not as updated as the newest apts builds but is still a beautiful place… special shout out to Mr. Tim (maintenance) he’s fast .. an knows what he’s doing if there is a problem he’s gonn fix it … 🧡 haven’t had a problem yet hints I didn’t move 🤷♂️
,Small world I met Olivia & Juryzam at another complex here in the RDU Area lets just say they don't forget a face.theyre always smiling & happy to help.If they don't know they will definitely find out go ahead and get those specials.Tell them Nijaia sent you.you won't be disappointed.
I do not recommend living in these apartments, better look for someone different, they do not care about the tenants. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
Very bad place if you want to live, bad service, full of pests, with a lot of pain from the grass && finding parking is a very recurring problem, they do it so that the tow truck can take you and they have their real commission, better if you don't have a place sleep in your car so you can find something better seriously parking is a problem here!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
Another scam!!! I applied for months ago and still haven't received my refundable administrative fees for two applications that were denied. They claimed to go through a third party to process payments, return payments, and employee paychecks. I guess that means they haven't gotten paid for Four months or I'm stupid but playing with people and their lives isn't cool at all.
