Any reviews or more than 1 star were paid or put up to it. Let me start by saying my husband and I have had to live in separate locations due to work and myself being out of the country. I come to visit him and I am SHOCKED at the state of the unit my partner has to live in. Before I even got to the front door I could smell the mold and mildew. People don’t last here. Specially the good people. Still dealing with the flood rain that come from outside because they want to pay to update sewer drains. Or have the maintenance people do it. Why they get paid to do nothing and walk around pretending they doing something. If I get the ok to do. I will but now these days you need a contractor to do the work. Which I think it’s false. Lived here for almost 3 years great quiet place .. has changed management an maintenance..An has been a Great change so far .. not as updated as the newest apts builds but is still a beautiful place… special shout out to Mr. Tim (maintenance) he’s fast .. an knows what he’s doing if there is a problem he’s gonn fix it … 🧡 haven’t had a problem yet hints I didn’t move 🤷♂️
,Small world I met Olivia & Juryzam at another complex here in the RDU Area lets just say they don't forget a face.theyre always smiling & happy to help.If they don't know they will definitely find out go ahead and get those specials.Tell them Nijaia sent you.you won't be disappointed.
I do not recommend living in these apartments, better look for someone different, they do not care about the tenants. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
