THE ROBBED US OF EVERYTHING. My family is left with nothing after A local U-haul/ Resale Shop has robbed us. We rented a U-Haul truck from a company called 2nd Resale located in Westchase Houston on Westheimer Rd, to move from our 3 bedroom 2 bath townhome home, only to find that the truck had been stolen from us and all of our life’s belongings removed from inside. Absolutely horrible and scary experience. Front desk worker was screaming and cursing and banging on the desk while yelling at customers and employees the entire time we were there. We had to leave because someone was smoking a cigarette in shop and the entire store smelled of smoke and we couldn't breathe. Worst thrift experience I've ever had, and I will not be returning.
