Husband went here because of pain in ear for the last 6 months or so. He had to wait an hour to see someone. The doctor couldn't see eardrum so cleaned ear out and then left without even examining the ear again. I guess he assumed that it hurt due to wax buildup. Week later, husband still has pain in ear and goes to regular doctor, turns out he has a perforated ear drum and will require surgery. How did this ENT miss this?!
