I came here in 2019 and received help talking through my experiences and support talking to police to make a report. I always found the staff kind and helpful, especially Geetha and Molly my councillors. They offered free counselling for victim/survivors, up to 20 sessions I think, which is a good amount and helped me work through things. Because of the pandemic a lot of my sessions were online, but they handled the transition well.
this place was the most disgusting and rude place i have been to , i went trying to receive help from my experience on what happened to me but got the complete opposite i wouldn’t send my worst enemy here instead of helping me like they make out they do they humiliated me and made me feel so much worse then what i am which has set me back even more but i want to thank them as i have now found a place that will rebuild me in the way i should
they somehow deleted past reviews about ableism. I was denied help at this service because of chronic migraines. simply told by my psychologists supervisor " some people cannot be helped" when we talked about disabled people accessing help. I then complained to management and was ignored and have been since. they literally ghosted me.I was always respectful but they knew what they'd done was illegal so covered it up.
