I am so grateful for this place everyone that I met there was willing to do whatever it took to help me get safe and stable. Honestly I don't know how long I can make a review but let's just say if I could I would name everyone there individually if you're looking for a leg up and a way to get started and you need support this is the place I would go. God willing maybe it's someday in time I'll be able to go back and help others just the same way they help me. Thank you WesCare You've given me a new life
The staff especially KATRINA the one who answers INTAKE. has an attitude. My wife is there. And I have missed calls, which even a staff member told her while leaving me a voicemail to dial a specific number that I could call back any time. I called a week straight morning and night to leave a message to have her call back. And they can't confirm or deny that she's there. Which I understand even though i'm emergency contact. Got dropped there after doing inpatient treatment. Upon intake the receptionist told me to just leave my things. When I came back out my phone and charger was missing. Made little or no effort to help me find it. Neither tried to help me replace it. Also, rude and unprofessional staff.
If you got the willingness to change Westcare will come through for you. I'm only sharing from my own experience. Shout out to the staff on Maryland parkway and WCC!!
