This place stole my designer purse and all my things inside. They try to steel my new bed sheet set. I hate this place. Over $2,000 inside my purse was stolen. I am sober now, not thanks to this place. Only because they had my signature from the automatic signature when I first signed the contract they used that signature that I left with all my things. That was all a lie. The overnight person who was in charged didn't want to return my property.

So I’ve been to this place a few times through my recovery. I recently completed their men’s inpatient program since then I’ve been in transitional living and a part of the Mat program. I received my sublocade injection And I must say I was very satisfied. Going into it I was really nervous because of the pain I was expecting from the needle, but the nursing helped a lot. I don't know how everyone else is treated, from my personal experience here though I was not respected, staff and counselors did not look into my triggers. I was threatened twice by another client, the first time I brought it up staff did nothing about it, the second time it happened staff only talked to the client. I had to tell the counselors and staff about my triggers. The Nurses and counselors will definitely help you out with things you need, they actually do listen to what you have to say. The staff on the other hand with my experience so far barely listen to what you have to say, becareful with some of them because if you have an issue with them and try to communicate it with them they may get defensive and just argue with you, and in terms of trying to find a solution between you and another client they avoid it all together.
