Dr Khanna has been a life saver for me. I’ve had ongoing trouble with my ears all year and he has finally solved the problem for me. He was thorough and caring throughout. Wanting to get to the cause of the problem and we finally did. I found Dr Khanna a doctor who cared about his patient and actually listened, I would definitely recommend Belinda on reception is always friendly and helpful and other staff on reception always polite and friendly.
Doctor Gautam Khanna was one of the rudest doctor I have ever seen to date.

Absolutely disappointing experience. I arrived with all the correct documentation—my Medicare and concession card—and yet the receptionist (wearing head scarf) still charged me the full rate. When I mentioned that I had those cards and should have received a discount, her response was dismissive and unhelpful.
