Poor communication regarding if doctors are running late and their speciality if you need to rebook
I have been going to Westcare Medical for years now and honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. From the lovely ladies running the clinic from the reception desk, to the nurses, to the doctors, I haven't received better care. They are welcoming and take your health matters seriously. I've seen Dr Matthews for the past few years now and since having children have recently branched out to Dr Anurathan and Dr Oozageer, would highly recommend all three.
Best care. Been a patient at this Clinic for roughly 15yrs. Always great GPs, Nursing Staff and Receptionist. It's like a mini hospital, the government should invest money into these clinics that assist with Urgent treatment and care. Unlike the Urgent Care one's by the Victorian government. Loyal to their long term patients with Chronic Health issues.
