An employee at WestCare declined to accept payment for a drug test because it involved counting change, and the situation escalated to the individual being removed from the property. This behavior is unprofessional and creates a negative experience. Staff should be prepared to handle basic job responsibilities, including processing payments. Didn't know they're allowed to refuse legal tender.
I waited until I was well over a year sober before I left this review. But shame on Bobby for kicking me out on the streets for no reason. Especially when I was most vulnerable for relapse at that time. That dude does not care about residents, only money. All higher up staff, they only care about money. Was at blossom care in 2014? Had 2 DUI with no alcohol, metabolite with 4 months apart 2009 and Feb 2010. Had to blow in a machine to start my Chevy s10 to start the ignition for 1 year, attended AA down around the corner. Loved directors Cheryl and Bobbie her husband was awesome . Would like to come to blossom house for 29 till 60 days even 90 days
