I was just talking to someone who identified themselves as the "owner" about picking up a HVAC part this afternoon. He insisted that it would cost $25 extra if he went to pull it off the shelf immediately. Instead he tried to pursue me on coming tomorrow at 1:00pm to avoid this "rush fee", which does not work for me because I need the part first thing in the morning.
