"I was a driver for this company for one year. My experience was negative from the very first day. Although the company itself is good, the Langley management and dispatch behavior are poor. I advise drivers not to waste their driving experience with Langley management dispatch. because they don't respect the drivers.

Driver on hwy91 and hwy 10 merge ramp today at 12pm clearly does not know whether to speed up/slow down or switch lanes for traffic merging on from merge ramp. As merging from a merge ramp and a big tanker beside you, you simply just can’t slamm your brakes on in the merge lane and get rear ended by other ppl merging behind you. This caused all of us to go into the right shoulder, what if our vehicles had children in the back? Train your drivers company deserves a safety audit.
