Went in for my included service maintenance - part of the 3 year service contract I received contract when I bought my new car. Was told I would just be getting a tire rotation and inspection, but that my wheels needed to be aligned. I was surprised this wasn't included as when I bought my car I was told I was fully covered for 3 years. My free maintenance ended up costing $150 which I could have done around the block for a third of the price. I want to take time to thank Ms. Maryanne Agricola for her helpful, pleasant ability to make any issue I have with my Camry disappear! We have spoken many times over the years and she is always cheerful, optimistic and most importantly: efficient! Whether I need to speak with a specific person---or I need a loaner car while my car stays in the shop for repairs, Maryanne gets the job done!
